Any player found to be under 21 years of age will have their account immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and any deposits returned at pniceph's discretion. pniceph takes its obligations regarding underage gambling extremely seriously.

To access the full range of pniceph services, you must create a registered account. The following terms govern the registration and maintenance of your pniceph account:
3.1 Single Account Policy. Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) pniceph account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited. If pniceph identifies duplicate accounts, all associated accounts may be suspended and balances forfeited without prior notice.
3. 2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration and must keep your account details up to date at all times. pniceph reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any information provided.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pniceph login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. pniceph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
3.4 KYC Verification. pniceph operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit valid government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method before deposits, withdrawals, or bonus claims are processed. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in account restrictions.
3.5 Account Suspension. pniceph reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, or any conduct that may harm the integrity of the Platform.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. pniceph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). pniceph does not accept deposits from third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in your name.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount on pniceph is ₱100. Minimum and maximum transaction limits may vary by payment method and are subject to change. Current limits are displayed at the time of transaction.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes specified on the Platform at the time of request. pniceph reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be made to a payment method registered in your name and previously used to deposit funds.
4.4 Transaction Fees. pniceph does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which pniceph accepts no responsibility.
4.5 Fraud Prevention. pniceph employs fraud detection systems to monitor all transactions. Any transaction suspected of being fraudulent, unauthorized, or in breach of these Terms may be reversed, and the associated account suspended pending investigation.
Note: All funds held in your pniceph account are held for gaming purposes only. pniceph does not pay interest on account balances. Account balances are not transferable to other players.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by pniceph are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, and validity periods. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion and form part of these Terms.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the promotion's specific terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated validity period will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
5.3 One Bonus Per Player. Unless otherwise stated, each promotion is available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device. pniceph reserves the right to limit bonus eligibility at its discretion.
5.4 Bonus Abuse. Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or manipulate pniceph's bonus system – including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, placing offsetting bets, or engaging in any form of bonus arbitrage – is strictly prohibited. pniceph reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and suspend accounts where bonus abuse is detected.
5.5 Modification of Promotions. pniceph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already accepted and in active use by players at the time of the change.
6.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the pniceph Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the game-specific rules expressly state otherwise.
6.2 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or connectivity failure during gameplay, pniceph reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's account. pniceph will not be liable for any losses arising from technical issues beyond its reasonable control.
6.3 Bet Acceptance. pniceph reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where a bet is placed in error, at incorrect odds, or in circumstances that pniceph reasonably believes constitute an attempt to exploit a system error.
6.4 Winnings. Winnings will be credited to your pniceph account balance promptly following the settlement of each game or event. pniceph reserves the right to withhold payment of winnings pending verification of the legitimacy of the bet and compliance with these Terms.
6.5 Responsible Betting. Players are encouraged to set personal deposit and loss limits within their pniceph account settings. pniceph supports responsible gaming and provides tools to help players manage their activity. See Section 10 for full details.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pniceph Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pniceph, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
pniceph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pniceph account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude pniceph's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
12.1 Termination by You. You may close your pniceph account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification.
12.2 Termination by pniceph. pniceph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if pniceph reasonably believes that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.
12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account, your license to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination – including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law – shall continue to apply.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the appropriate courts of the Philippines, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
You agree that any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to your use of the pniceph Platform must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose, or be forever barred.
